Patients can use the curved handrail for balance and adjustment, and it also keeps the display elevated and easy to read. The keypad display is intended to save time and convenience by showing fast results with the ability to remove the wheelchair's weight from the patient's weight reading. It even has the ability to calculate BMI based on the results.

When not in use, this scale can be folded down into a flat form for easy storage, and this includes folding the seat and handrails. The wheels on the bottom allow users to roll it in place, so no need for heavy lifting.
